turn on and it just keeps saying starting up so after 20 minutes I giveup and try to shutdown but it doesn’t help
Hi, What OS is installed? If it is Win 8.1 or Win 10 then try the following: Start your laptop, when it says starting press and hold the Power button until it shuts down completely. (Release the button when it turns off). Do this 3 times in a row, i.e. Power button - starting -force shutdown - Power button - starting - force shutdown - Power button - etc. By the 3rd attempt it should automatically boot into the Windows Recovery Environment (WRE). Once there select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair and then follow the prompts. DO NOT select reset as this may reinstall Windows and will erase all your personal data.
