it has power and will start to turn on but it wont go passed the start up screens
Hi, Try to reset the tablet and see if this resolves the problem. Be aware that by doing this (if it works) you’ll erase all your data and downloaded apps. The tablet will be restored to its’ default factory condition. Ensure that the device is turned off. Press and hold the Power button until it goes to the Recovery mode and then release the Power button Use the Volume Up/Down to select the factory reset option, then press the Power button.
