Okay, so I’ve seen this happen many times, and I know it has happened to other people too. And I’m sick and tired of it and ready to resolve the problem. I have observed that perfectly function iPod that have sat out taken apart (such as sat without a screen), sometimes they just dont power on or show any signs of power! Even if they worked perfectly before they sat open! I’m ready to resolve this issue, and I wanted to know if anyone had any input on this situation and any ways that could fix it. I dont really know. I’ve had iPods that do this for sitting open for only 3 days to 3 months! Please help! Thanks! Alex
Here’s a tutorial with pics that everyone has been requesting. I’ve used this method over a dozen times successfully. Good Luck!! There are 3 small battery terminals (shown below). You only want to touch the one to the far right (circled below). Do a search on this site and you will see the pictures . Type in iPod won’t turn on . It worked for me !
