Chosen Solution
So my daughters tablet was working. She turned it off for the night and now it wont turn back on. We tried to reset it and nothing. We tried to hold down the power button and volume up button to get it to work and nothing. It does not seem to want to charge. This is our second one that we have brought in a year for her. This one is not even 2 months old and its junk. What do we do?
Hi, Given that it is only 2 months old and that you have tried to reset it and to charge it with no response at all from the device, I suggest that you check that the warranty period is still valid and contact the manufacturer’s customer service section regarding a warranty claim, (or do what is stated by the warranty section in the User Guide in regard to a warranty repair/replacement/refund claim).
