I noticed a similar question from another customer, but have no answer. The charger/adapter port isn’t making a complete connection, but the cord(s) is plugged in correctly. I’m not sure what to do. Any suggestions??
Take a flashlight and look at the charge port on the device. Does it look damaged at all? Have there been any tumbles or other damage that might have occurred? It is possible that the charging port got damaged, or that there are clips on the cable that have become worn out.
I’m having the same problem, but I open the tablet and the charging port came off from the moder board, how can I know were to connect each connection from the USB charging port ? Thanks n advance
