Hello, I have a Samsung UN60J6200 TV. I can see an image with a flashlight and have sound but I can’t see a normal image. When I took the back off the TV and began testing voltages the voltages at CNL802 are: D1 400V; D2 400V; S- 300V; S+ 300V; D- 0V; D- 0V When I check the voltage with the multimeter one lead on S+ or S- and the other lead on a ground the backlights turn on. when disconnecting the Main board from the power board the LEDs stay off. is this an Issue with one of the LED strips? Update (11/23/2021) Determined that a few of the LED strips had some burnt out LEDs. Replaced the strips with the issue and works perfectly. Had been working for months with no issues.
