when i turn it on, the cricket word comes on and it stay like that. I can’t access anything.
Hi, Try performing a hard reset on your phone. Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your user data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it. Before you perform a hard reset , ensure that the battery is fully charged. Do not leave the charger connected when you do the hard reset.
