My phone screen stays black even when the phone itself is on.
Connect your phone to an charger or iTunes enabled computer. Once that is done, shine a bright light on the screen. If you can see a dim image, the the backlight is not working. This could be caused by a defective screen or logic board damage. Please let us know more about how this problem came to be. Was it following a drop, a repair attempt or contact with water?
