My phone just suddenly stopped working then froze after this it would not turn on, I tried to reboot it and charge it nothing works and this phone was purchased 2 weeks ago.
If it’s only two weeks old there is no point in trying to repair it yourself, get it repaired or replaced under warranty from a Samsung store, as this is more than likely a manufacturing fault. :-)
Hold the power & vol down button for about 10 seconds; the phone should restart & be slow; restart again & it should be as good as new.
