Chosen Solution
My kindle books suddenly are stuck in landscape position. I have my device on rotate and there is no place when in the book to press to lock or unlock. Everything else rotates correctly and I can lock in portrait mode but through book pages will not rotate. Help!
Hi, Launch the Kindle app and open a book. Tap on the lower right corner of the screen. A small lock icon should appear. Tap on the icon to enable auto rotation. If you ever want to lock the screen in the orientation that it is in at the time, tap on the lock icon to disable auto rotation. Hopefully this is of some help.
To find the orientation lock You have to select Aa then layout turn off lock
