So I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S6 the other day and by ‘dropped it’ I mean it fell out of my pocket onto the floor. Its not cracked, and when I plug it in the battery with the lightning bolt pops up, but I still can’t turn it on.
Try holding the power button until you get the Samsung white text while it’s plugged into a charger. When it fully boots up it should either show proper battery percentage or be stuck at 100% and shut off upon unplug. If the latter is the case then the battery either got disconnected after the drop (a reseat after opening up phone will fix that) or the battery connector broke from the battery meaning the battery would need to be replaced.
