No use replacing the power button, the iPhone would boot without it if it was working, just unplug it from the board if you think it might be faulty. Try plugging in the bare minimum, lightning dock, screen and battery. If it can’t boot you probably have a board issue and with today’s used 5s prices it wouldn’t be worth the repair cost.
