One day, my battery drained and my phone was completely dead. I tried to charge it, it was charging, but wont turn on (even after charging it overnight). It’s not because of the charger, the charger works fine on any other devices like my iPad. Its been like this for 4 days now. Please help me, thank you.
U2 Tristar Charging IC gone bad. They go bad due to aftermarket / copy non-MFI certified charging cables and especially when bundled together with car chargers. You will need to find a board level microsoldering technician to get them to replace that chip. A regular person can’t do it.
