When someone calls me they always get a busy signal
Hi, Can you make outgoing calls OK? Have you checked the Call Forwarding settings in the phone to make sure that they are set to what you want? On the home screen, go to Phone > Menu (usually 3 vertical dots icon or press the right hand soft key below the screen) > Settings > Call Settings > Call Forwarding and check all the options. Check that the phone number is correct. Go to Home > Settings > About Phone > Status > My phone number. If everything checks out OK call your service provider regarding the problem.
