shows charging battery when off and plugged in, powering on it stays at T-Mobile screen I’ve cleared cache, factory reset still no luck
Your stuck on the “Splash Screen or “Carrier Logo” Try booting into safe mode.Power on the device and when the phone starts to boot up, hold the power for about 7 -10 seconds, when the white alcatel splash screen with the blue writing on the screen comes up, immediately start pressing both of the volume buttons at the same time. If your lucky… the phone will boot into safe mode.
When it starts to reboot hold down the power key till it goes black then hold both the power button and the UP volume. It goes into a safe mode and gives you options
Just wait for a few min it worked for me
I took the back out, pulled out my battery and SD CARD, kept my SD card out - put the battery back in, rebooted it and it went past the T-Mobile screen for me. I have an LG Phone…
when i turn on my smartphone Samsung galaxy grand prime doesn’t get past through the first screen which shows “Samsung galaxy grand prime powered by android”, and its blinking. I tried to open through safe mode by pressing and holding the three button you said. First a warning page came, I pressed continue and a page shows OS is downloading, but I waited for 5 hours it didn’t complete. I think you will help me.

So I have a alcatel one touch android. It starts to turn on and then freezes at the T- mobile screen. I have tried EVERYTHING. Please Help!!!
I have a Samsung Galaxy Light phone (i forgot the full name), its about 4+ years old. It’s my old phone, (it’s pretty slow, but still works for when i get my phone taken away by my parents and have to do my snapchat streaks in secret {LOL}.) i have pictures and videos that were NOT BACKED UP AND I WANT TO KEEP, i do not have these pics and videos saved to an sd card (the sd card that used to be in this device was taken out 2 years ago). my phone will not go past the T-Mobile boot screen. I was updating my phone, and it froze when the phone went to restart, so i rebooted it and it wouldnt go past the T-mobile bootscreen and im FREAKING OUT. those videos cannot be replaced, as they were from years ago!! What do i do?? and how can i fix this problem??? im pretty sure ive successfully figured out how to get the phone to shut down, and ive tried turning it back on, but it still wont work. ive tried taking out the battery and putting it back in, still no luck. i dont wanna do anything else without getting an opinion in fear of losing those videos and photos. someone please help me!! (im thinking maybe this was caused by an app that was installed, but wouldnt let me un-install, so when i went to update the phone, it caused a problem??) i hope someone sees this and has a solution, if any of you do, please please please, feel free to reply and or email me - Leo.jadedarkness@gmail.com thanks again.

I have a Oneplus Nord N10 and I was trying to place it in a VR headset (what it’s supposed to do) and then it rebooted and it immediately went to the T-Mobile screen and won’t start up. I’ve tried everything from restarting it again, clearing the cache, recovery mode, etc. I’ve looked up multiple solutions but none of them worked. Does anyone have a different one?
