Ali, this is most likely caused by a dirty/misaligned laser. I’d start by cleaning it with a commercially available disk drive cleaning disk. If that does not work, you may have to disassemble the player and clean the lasers manually. If they still will not read your disks, you may have to replace the laser assembly.
