When I try to turn my laptop on when not connected to AC power, it doesn’t turn on. When I connect it and turn it on, it shows a battery full and charging symbol. It is a Windows 10. Help a brother out.

Hi @frenz , It sounds like a battery problem, but your laptop is a fairly new model is this correct? If it is less than 12 months old check the warranty about getting it repaired. If it is out of warranty then the laptop will have to be opened and inspected. It may be a faulty battery connection for example but it still could be a faulty battery, it happens.
