I have had my laptop for almost a year and it worked perfectly fine up until now. I was on youtube and it suddenly turned off when it was working fine previously. I’ve tried everything from holding down the power button, charging it and all that. There’s no light when I hold down the power button as well, I’m sort of worried that my laptop is completely dead. I love that laptop but I can’t afford to buy a new one. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
Take out battery and plug in the charger with NO battery. Video on how to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJxQAGIp… Close up with battery out and turn on with just charger plugged in. If it works now then the battery is defective and so replace. If not then the charger may be defective. Have a techie friend check the power supply voltage with a multimeter. Let us lnow how it goes.
