My laptop has the newest Windows 10, and when I put in my password it says welcome and loads forever. I tried everything but still had no results. It’s a aspire e5 575( they didn’t have the option). Should I let it sit or should I have it looked at?
First, at the login screen. Hold SHIFT, and choose the reboot option. This will boot into a recovery screen. Select start up troubleshooting. Have the computer start up in any of the “Safe Modes” See how long it takes for Safe Mode to start up. If it is fast, then you can look at what processes are loading in normal mode to slow it down.
