Car will not crank if Ac is turned on or the radio on. Turn radio and Ac off car will crank. Headlights will not come on at all. When you turn the headlights on the hazard light indicator some on but do not flash, rear windo defroster comes on, dash lights are deam. when you turn on any of the aboved the engine will rev. Battery and alternator, fuses and relays check out fine

First I would be sure the battery connections are clean and tight. I assume you have done that so the next thing would be to check all the ground connections beginning with the starter. You would be amazed at the problems a loose or corroded ground connection can make.

Yes all battery connections are clean and tight, starter is tight and good, ground from battery is fine, (both of them) there is a ground wire touching SOMEWHERE - the neg wire going into the starter (in the column) has power to it - I feel it will take me FOREVER to find where the wires are touching.
