I downloaded the upgrade and now can’t open phone. Any help?
Hi, Do you mean won’t open as in it’s stuck on a certain screen? Or just not responsive? Have you tried rebooting the phone? You may have to try a reboot by holding the lock button and volume down button till the phone reboots. If this doesn’t solve your issue, you will need to plug it in to a computer, open iTunes, and possibly restore the phone. :-)
