My iPhone 7 doesn’t pick up sound when I take videos or use voice recorder and it won’t answer or make calls. I believe it has something to do with my microphone but I don’t know how to fix it
It’s a well known issue on iPhone 7 but unfortunately it has nothing to do with microphone, it a problem related to the chip audio and it needs a logic board repair. Se if you have someone reputable in your area doing microsoldering repairs..they should be able to fix it for a reasonable fee. Avoid cheaper or improvised “technicians”..I’ve seen plenty of phones half destroyed in the attempt to fix such a relatively routine problem.
