External speaker won’t work. Internal work’s fine. I can hear music with ear buds, I can hear phone conversation as long as it’s not on speaker. My ringer doesn’t work as well. Hasn’t had any water damage. I did have a cracked screen but it was just replaced profesprofessionally.
Hi Faith Randall, Have you checked the volume setting for the loudspeaker? Go to : Menu > Settings > Sound > tap Volumes > slide volume control for Loudspeaker to desired volume.
