My device is plugged into a wall outlet via the charger. The charging cable doesn’t appear to be damaged and everything else looks fine visually.
Mr Betts, I would assume that the internal battery is damaged or old, and wont hold a charge. If the battery is in state of needing replaced then your device may not even turn on.
i have just replaced my tablet with a new battery and it is only charging 5%. what is wrong?
