When I try to charge my device it will not hold any sort of charge. What can I do to address this?

You need to check the following parts:

  1. Connecting line：try to use another line.
  2. Transformer: try another one.
  3. Software problem: backup your data, and then try to reset to defaults
  4. I f the above parts get no problem, then you need to replace the battery or charging port.
