I have no idea what’s wrong. I’ve tried everything and reasearched and researched. When I open my camera or snap chat, instagram ect. And I go to take a picture, it’s black and won’t let me press the button to take the picture. It won’t let me take videos either. Every time I open snap it pops up a notification the says oops something went wrong we cannot access your camera. I really don’t know what’s wrong. Any help?
Was the iPhone dropped right before the issue or did you have a liquid damage at one point ? It seems to be a faulty camera, you’d need to replace it as first try. You may also try a full reset after backing up your data to rule out a software issue. If the problem persists, it may be a logic board issue and would need microsoldering repair.
Check you’r battery health. Usually its because of a worn out battery.
