Chosen Solution
Okay so what happened was it was working before charging and all and then I put it into some wierd booting screen and i dont remember what i clicked but the phone just shut off and its been like that for months and I have to force the charger by pushing it in hard then the charger light came on so I had a heavy book pushed up against it and let it charge for about 10 hours and it just wont turn on at all.
My on/off button broke and I just tap the screen twice and it works that way for on/off. One of thd features on the alcatel one touch. Good luck
