My g pad is frozen on the secure start up screen. I put in my pattern and it said to shut off and restart to unlock device. But now its frozen. And wont shut down for a hard reset. What do I do?
Hi, If the tablet is still on, then here is the ifixit LG G Pad 8.3 Battery Replacement guide. Use the guide to disconnect the battery from the systemboard in the tablet. Once it has turned off, reconnect the battery and start again. Alternatively wait until the battery has discharged enough for the tablet to shut down then fully recharge the battery before attempting to turn the tablet on again.
