Chosen Solution
I’ve recently bought 2 of these phones for my kids and tried a few tracker apps on them but they don’t work when out and about yet the same apps worked on their old phones and all the settings are the same and yes the data is working on everything else when not on wifi.
Hi @parent , Just double checking that the Location setting is turned on and that appropriate setting has been selected. Go to Settings > scroll down to Location tap > Mode Modes: High Accuracy – Use Wi-Fi and Mobile Networks to determine location. Battery Saving – Use Mobile Networks to determine location. Device Only – Use GPS to determine your location.
