My printer states out of paper even though it is not and will not feed paper for printing?
I assume you are trying from the automatic paper tray? Give it a try from the manual paper feed. It’s not uncommon for a gear or other mechanical part, that grabs and feeds the paper, to break. The Epson all-in-one’s you find in big box stores tend to be the ones I see go out most – with one customer, Epson had to replace the same model printer three times in six months under warranty. In each case it was a broken retention spring, inside, on the paper feed.
