For the past 3 days, my phone has not been able to charge past 5%. Although showing the charge symbol, it doesn’t charge properly. Here is some additional info: •Software version: 14.4.2 •iPhone 11 •Have had the phone for half a year •It fails to charge past 5%, even when using different chargers/blocks/power points •When not on charge, it quickly loses battery
The most likely cause would be a failing battery. Even though you have only had it for six months the battery can still fail and can produce the symptoms you are facing.
