I have got a new Asus Zen 3 smart watch yesterday initially I charged it and updated the android smart wear app in my phone and was able to connect and it was working fine but after after 2 hours suddenly it got into off mode and not able to switch it on from yesterday…I charged it and tried but no use , even the power button isn’t working .. scren is completely freezed please help me how to fix it
@deepikadevaiah If you just got the watch and its not working take it back . return it and get another watch . If your already having trouble with it what will it be like in the future so exchange it while you can . If you start open or do anything to try to fix it yourself it may void the warranty.
