Why my new replaced watch series 4 44mm screen show this when I turn it on? And are the flexcable connectors broken? Apple Watch Series 4 44mm LTE

Sadly I don’t see any way to fix the damaged cables. These cables are not replaceable and are part of the SIP module. Time for a new watch ;-{
