Solved Why The Earphone Is Not Loud Enough When I Make Call Or Calling Me Iphone Xs

Hello,my earphone from iPhone XS doesn’t work properly when I am calling or when someone call me I can’t hear loud voice ,I hear the voice low.But when I am playing music both speaker working.Please if someone can give me a advise.Thank you.

If the phone is under waranty let Apple fix this, otherwise you can try to clean dust mesh of the speaker. If that doesn’t help you can try a new ear speaker.
