Since 11:30 pm the cell phone shut down and all of the sudden started to optimize on his own. 1 or 2 out of 55 and the phone shuts down. I have removed the chip and the sd card. I have also removed the battery. Still doing the same thing. How can I stop the cell phone from doing that??
It sounds like you’ve already tried a soft reset. I’d say try and back up the data and then go for a hard reset (video if you prefer that way). This will wipe your phone! Since it seems to be a software issue, that should fix it. Good luck!
Hard resets don’t work any better than soft ones!!! Phone keeps turning on/off, and battery can’t be removed, either/phone is fully charged. Every answer on the net to solve,..FAILS!!
