It started a week ago, it always says: you are offline ,and 4G is on and WI FI is also working,I cant use internet thru my phone. I’ll be very appreciated if you can help me. thanks

Hi, Check that the Data Connection setting is enabled. Go to Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > Mobile Networks > Data Connection
