Chosen Solution
I open my chromebook and you can see my desktop image behind the blurry sign in page. It was never like this before.
It looks like it is happening due to a new rollout of the Chrome OS that was pushed to everybody: http://www.androidpolice.com/2017/10/08/… I don’t like it either, and I have not found a way to disable it. Hope this helps….
