I bought a new iphone 5s battery, after replacement, the battery still only last ~5 hours with normal usage, which is same with my 2 year old battery? Seriously, I dont recommend to any people to buy if the quality is so poor!
Did you check if the battery health was bad from the old battery before replacing it? If the battery life was reported around 80% or higher using the Battery Life app on iOS, CoconutBattery on a MAC or 3Utools windows application on a PC then the battery is probably fine and the battery drain is caused by the system software on the phone. A lot of times when the battery health is good a restore of the iPhone fixes the problem most of the time. Make sure you do a backup of the iPhone via iTunes before restoring it so you do not lose the data on the phone and can restore from a saved iTunes backup.
