Hello All , I bought ZTE S522 Basic one since one year but not used it and keeped it in the box with its battery out , when I tried to install the battery to use the phone found no thing happened and the phone is not starting even trying to charge the battery from the charger and Computer , finally I tested with another new battery but the phone is still Dead , Any help on that ????
Hi, Verify the purchase date on the phone’s sales receipt or proof of purchase document and if it was purchased less than 12 months ago, consult the warranty statement contained in the documentation that came with the phone as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement. If you cannot find the documentation, search online for ZTE S522 Warranty for your country.
