Chosen Solution
The screen have no scratches or cracks and also will rotate when I turn it upside down or to the side.. But will not let me swipe it nor press any icons on the screen. Also the return buttons and multiple screen won’t work. The menu button in the middle of the two works fine… Someone please help me fix this
Probably ur touch screen must have been internally damaged
