I have tried everything to turn it on I have took the battery out for a while and then put it back again and charged it but it’s just the starting screen that comes up if you know what i mean please help me

Hi, Try performing a hard reset. Before performing a hard reset:

  1. Ensure that the battery is charged. 2 .Do not leave the charger connected to the phone. 3 .Remove the SD Card if installed. Be aware that a hard reset will erase all downloaded apps and user data. It will restore the phone to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.
