I’ve tried to charge my phone, it keeps rebooting while charging. It only charges a little bit & then it starts to drain out. I brought a new battery and the same thing is happening. This same thing happened with another model of windows phone, so i just brought the 435. I can’t keep buying these phones. Please help.
Hi! Make sure that you use high quality cable and that the USB-power brick is powwerful enough to charge the phone. The best, most reliable power bricks deliver 5 Volts/ 1 Amp of power. Anything below that could cause issues like yours.
