my phone suddenly got switched off and from then, when i am trying to open it, its showing an error message -“ERROR:unable to find a bootable option. press any key to shut down.”
This is probably due to a problem with the OS. I would recommend using the Nokia Software Recovery Tool to re-install the factory image. It can be downloaded direct from Microsoft here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help… It’s fairly simple to use. Please let me know if you have any questions. I hope this helps.
