Its has black horizontal strips all over and big black strip at end..cant find solution plz help
Hi, It may be that the screen has been damaged due to the phone having been dropped. Here’s a link to a video that shows how to dis-assemble the phone to get access to the LCD screen and digitizer (touchscreen) assembly. Here’s a link to a video that shows how to replace the LCD screen/digitizer. LCD screen + digitizer assemblies are available online. Just search for Oppo Neo 5 LCD screen digitizer part to get results of suppliers. Note: Digitizers are also available separately but I do not know how easy it is to separate the digitizer from the LCD screen. It may be that you may damage the digitzer (if it is still working OK and want to use it again) when trying to separate it from the LCD screen. It may be better to replace both as a unit. Hopefully this is of some help.
