Solved Why My Phone Cannot Turn Off Samsung Galaxy A5

y phone was suddenly hung-up when I open my email. I press long press to turn off but it doesn’t work. It will not turn-off. How can I solve this one? I try to recharge my phone, it doesn’t work also.

Press and hold the Volume down and the Power buttons. When the phone reboots, release them. Regards.

You could remove the battery and this will kill the phone and hope it boots properly when it restarts once you put the battery back in. Hope this helps and good luck

unplug Charger before Turning off ,, it turns off and doesn’t reboot ,, When it’s already switched off..you can Plug in the charger and it won’t turn on.. Works for me Samsung Galaxy j7 OS 6.0.1

Hello .. I forgot my lock pattern and when I try to hard reset it .. won’t let me turn it off .. it wants the lock pattern in order to be turned off but I don’t remember the pattern .. so .. no hard reset, no nothing .
