It looks like the sort of damage caused by pressure on the panel, has it been exposed to such force? This can happen from leaning your weight on the panel pressing hard on the display itself or placing heavy object on it, by pressure while in say, changing location or storage etc. If so, no it can’t be fixed, must be replaced.
