My laptop says," internal hard disk drive not found. To resolve this issue, try to reseat the drive." Please help me with this. What must I do?
simphiwe ntshangase this sounds like a bad hard drive. Hit F2 on startup and check to see if your drive still shows up in the BIOS. While you are there set your boot order to optical drive or USB drive. Then exit. Now you need a bootable USB or CD. Place that into the drive you select in the BIOS (CD or USB) and see if your computer starts up. If so you know that you most like have a failed drive.
