My laptop shut down while working but its power and battery light is still on. What should i do?
Hi! Press the power button until the computer is completely off (you can’t hear the fan noise), remove both the battery and the charger, press the power button once (nothing will happen, it will only discharge the capacitors), put everything back and power it on again. Report back if it still doesn’t work.
