My ipod turns on fine but an itunes logo with a cable stays in the screen and I can get rid of it. Please help!
This could be simple issue of having to plug your iPod in and let it update/restore or it may be stuck in a restore loop. Try to plug it in and see if iTunes recognizes it. Update/ restore the ipod if it is, or if you get some kind of error message, let us know. Good Luck.
