My iPhone won’t start. it keeps restarting. the apple logo appears and then suddenly dims and restarts again. what is the problem? is there any way of fixing it?
Hi Denise, This is more than likely a battery issue, replacing the battery should solve your problem. :-)
Denise, Get your Lightning cable and plug it into your laptop or computer and open iTunes. Turn your phone of completely (I think with your problem, your phone should already be off, right?) If it is indeed off, hold the “HOME” button while you plug the Lightning cable into your phone. Continue to hold the HOME button until you see the connect to iTunes logo or image (Lightning cable going up to iTunes Logo). If you see it, you can stop pressing the HOME button. iTunes should notify you that there is an iPhone or device in recovery mode. Use iTunes to “RESTORE” your phone. (*Keep in mind that you will more than likely lose everything on your phone when you restore). Wait for the restore process to complete and hopefully your phone will reboot and stay on.
